Good evening to you both, what a lovely pair of guys, really enjoyed your website, for someone living in the far flung west of Ireland, the Internet is the only means of contact for me and the wider leather World.

Thanks you both...... long may you both be together!.... Steve X X

Thank you for going to such lengths to create such a concise and well presented history - both words and pictures!

What a superb site. It should be compulsory reading for all those who consider themselves 'leathermen'. All leather life is here! Well done, guys!

I just stumbled upon your site and have spent a couple hours here. Great! I wrote a lot for Drummer, from 1984, then a little when Tony deBlaise took over: but John Embry, who founded Drummer, came out of retirement and published several more leather, SM magazines, and I wrote for them as well. When the Net flowered that market disappeared and I went back to writing other things. But now there is new interest in leather and SM fiction: though mostly it is women who are writing and reading it. Seems they really like to read about men getting hurt. I have bookmarked your site and will be back to read the rest of it when I have a little more time. Thanks for all your work and scholarship. If that is you on the first page, you are a pretty hot dude. (Photography keeps us all young and immortal.)

Thank you for the extensive time you spent researching and gathering the information you put on this site. Glenn Huges of The Village People was my first introduction to Leather Men and he inspired me to become the Leather Man I am today.

I really enjoyed reading about the history of leather and the personal stories. Most of the groups I attend have a very USA centric story of leather and a lot of it is exaggerated. Your site reminds me of being a young gay man and first learning about leather in the 90's, having to hunt for information before the information overload. Thankyou.!
